2. Premium Subscription

Rapidscoop offers a premium subscription service at ₹999 per month, which provides access to enhanced features beyond our free plan, including but not limited to:

  • Advanced AI-powered content generation
  • Increased post scheduling limits
  • Cross-platform posting to multiple social media accounts
  • Advanced analytics and reporting
  • Priority customer support

Subscription payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle and will automatically renew until cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your premium subscription under the following conditions:

  • Early Cancellation: Within 8 to 24 hours of your initial subscription or renewal, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not created or scheduled any posts during this period.
  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, if you cancel after the early cancellation window and/or after using the service to create or schedule posts, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle.

3.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Rapidscoop account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
  3. Select "Subscription"
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Early Cancellation: If you cancel within 8 to 24 hours of your initial subscription or renewal and have not created or scheduled any posts, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the premium features, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our support team to discuss your situation, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation after the early cancellation window (8-24 hours) if you have created or scheduled posts
  • Cancellation after the early cancellation window for any reason other than exceptional circumstances or service unavailability
  • Dissatisfaction with features or results that are in line with our advertised service description
  • Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account suspension or termination

4.3 Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription
  • Full refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Partial or prorated refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to process
